We are an independent boutique real estate investment firm investing in value add and opportunistic commercial real estate primarily in Norway. We focus on quality,
sustainability and adding value to commercial real estate, transactions and financing.

ØIVIND WETTESTAD
Øyvind has more than 15 years hands-on experience with real estate investment and development of residential, hotel, logistic, office and urban regeneration projects from Skanska Eiendomsutvikling AS and Clemens Eiendom AS. He has been involved as board member and has been responsible for the management of numerous SPV’s. He has also worked as project-manager for a wide range of real estate projects. Øyvind is educated in economics at the Norwegian Business School (Handelshøyskolen BI) and completed his Master degree in Business and Administration at Heriot Watt University
ERIK BJØNNESS
Erik has over 20 years of experience in shipping, corporate finance, and the property market, having worked with companies such as R.S. Platou ASA/Clarksons, Gefion Group A/S (Copenhagen), and Pensum Asset Management AS. He has extensive experience in leading complex transactions involving both equity and debt financing, as well as restructurings within the property sector. Erik holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Edinburgh.
